Welcome to AimDot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AimDot mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AimDot ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
AimDot provides a crosshair customization tool that allows users to create, save, and manage crosshair configurations for various games. The App may include features such as:

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us at yearplan@163.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your account information and associated data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain data for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

Exact pricing and trial periods will be clearly displayed in the App before you confirm your purchase.
Note: If your subscription includes an introductory period (such as a discounted first period), you will have access to premium features during this period. At the end of the introductory period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate as displayed in the App, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the introductory period ends.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For refund requests, please refer to Apple's refund policies or contact Apple directly.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AimDot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Services.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The crosshair codes generated by AimDot are intended for use with supported games. We do not guarantee that these codes will work with all game versions or that games will accept these configurations. Game companies may change their settings or policies at any time, which may affect the functionality of our generated codes.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AIMDOT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AimDot and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for material changes, providing notice through in-app notification or email.
Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If you are a consumer, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws. Consumers may have the right to bring disputes to competent courts in their country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and AimDot concerning the Services.
